(Making instant coffee)

Coffee is a very popular drink around the world. People drink it all times of the day, especially in their breakfast meal. There are several kinds of coffees, but I’m going to describe how instant coffee is produced.

First, the coffee beans are picked up and then they are dried. After that the beans are roasted and cooled rapidly. Next the beans are ground and mixed with hot water. Then the mixture is strained and frozen. The frozen liquid is ground. It is dried in a vacuum. Finally the mixture is packed into jars.
